Böhm's Neviges church still gets used, still leaks, still no proper repair budget. Concrete like that isn't cheap to save. Worth a look before someone decides it isn't worth saving at all.

Bensberg town hall back in the stack after the planning notice turned up. Böhm's concrete crown, 1967, listed but leaking, council quiet on repair costs. Worth a proper visit before someone decides it isn't.
