500 cardboard portraits is a series of faces which are cut or torn into corrugated board, but these are pencil drawings - not photos. Amazing work, also available as a book, by Russell Herron. Sometimes cute, sometimes frightening but they all capture an emotion and mood.

Another recent find at a flea market, we pulled these 22 stamps from an album of 1000s. Selected, in large part, due to their stationery connections - though some just for their aesthetics. Issued in the early 20thC to promote various pencil, art, chocolate, pen brands. We will add them to the web shop very soon.
